Before finding my way to recruiting, I built my background across real estate and hospitality. Both taught me how to read people, stay sharp, and adapt quickly to whatever comes your way. When I discovered recruiting, it was a no-brainer. Pursuit's mission and culture align with everything I value — genuinely chasing excellence while putting people at the center of everything. Outside of work you'll usually find me planning my next trip, getting outside whenever possible, or searching for the nearest body of water. I also love yoga and a good sweaty workout class when I'm not traveling or home with my cat, Tatianna, who is absolutely unbothered by all of it.
